Plate type up film, down film, up and down film, multi effect (TVR, MVR) evaporation device:
1. The process is variable and the effect of energy saving is remarkable. The five effect evaporation device consumes 0.17 kg of steam to evaporate 1 kg of water. The device can add a secondary steam thermal compression device with a compression ratio of 1:1, which is equivalent to the effect of adding a new effect. The minimum steam consumption of multi effect evaporation can reach 0.15 kg.
2. Efficient, fast and low temperature evaporation, especially suitable for materials with high protein content and high heat sensitivity, to ensure the original color, aroma and nutrients of materials.
3. PLC plus touch screen and computer control, easy to operate, fully automatic.
4. Small floor area, low height, convenient maintenance.
5. The metal consumption in tissue volume is small, and the investment cost is much lower than that of tubular evaporation device.
