Background and principle
Domestic enterprises that use waste heat recovery have the scientific and technological principles of gas gas heat exchange or gas-liquid heat exchange to recover their residual heat. The recovery device occupies a large space, low heat transfer efficiency, low return on investment, low recovery efficiency, poor utilization rate of waste heat, and the difference of heat products recovered, which leads to the negative effect of most enterprises on waste heat recovery.
The company developed low temperature waste heat recovery steam technology, uses high-efficiency heat exchanger to absorb waste heat to heat up the water, then returns the high-temperature clean water to the low-pressure tank, and the high-temperature water flash vaporizes to generate low-temperature steam; then it is compressed by multistage high-speed centrifugal compressor to raise its temperature, up to 110-150 ℃. It can be reused after mixing with high pressure fresh steam, which can solve the problem of low temperature waste heat recovery and application. According to the calculation, the newly developed waste heat recovery scheme can realize that the newly developed saturated steam accounts for about 8% of the steam supply, and the cost of steam accounts for 50% of the total cost of the enterprise, which can help enterprises reduce the operating cost by 4%.
Technical characteristics
The core technology of low temperature waste heat recovery steam technology is waste heat recovery, high temperature hot water flash to low temperature steam, and low temperature steam compression to saturated steam.
1. Flash and MVR Technology
The flash process transforms the sensible heat of saturated liquid (after decompression) into the latent heat of vapor phase.
2. Mechanical vapor recompression technology MVR
Make full use of the latent heat of steam, compress the low-grade steam to a higher temperature and pressure by mechanical method, so as to improve the heat grade, replace the fresh steam as the heat source, and realize the continuous recycling of latent heat. Its operation pipeline can be simply summarized as using the compressor to directly compress the secondary steam generated by the system, convert the mechanical energy into heat energy, increase the temperature and pressure of the steam, and then reuse it as a heat source. MVR technology makes full use of the low-grade steam that needs to be discarded, improves the thermal efficiency while recovering the latent heat, and saves a lot of cooling water and power consumption.
